Aynsley joined the business development team at Capital First Trust Company in 2017. In her role, she works closely with trust attorneys, plaintiff attorneys and settlement planners to create trust plans that protect personal injury victim’s settlements through Settlement Preservation Trusts and Special Needs Trusts. During this process she meets with plaintiff attorneys and their clients to discuss the ways a trust can add value to their case. She specializes in relationship management by providing personalized service to all parties involved in the settlement process and ensures each beneficiary’s smooth transition to trust administration.
